What do I need to use the planners?
A free Google account for the Google Sheets version, or Excel for the .xlsx file that comes with every order. No add-ons, scripts or subscriptions.
How do I get my planner after I buy?
Right after checkout you get a private 'Make a copy' link that opens the planner straight into your own Google Drive. Your copy is private: we can't see it.
Can I use the Trip Planner for any country?
Yes. Type each cost in the currency it was quoted in (your home currency or the local one) and set the exchange rate once: it converts everything into your home currency.
Are the example numbers real prices?
No. Every example row is marked EXAMPLE and the amounts are placeholders to show how the formulas work. The Scotland planner's fixed fees (the UK ETA and the Edinburgh visitor levy) are the real published rules, with links on its Sources tab.
Can I print them?
Yes. Each planner comes with a printable PDF version on US Letter (it also prints fine on A4 with 'fit to page'). The kids packing checklist is free to download on its own.
