Thanks for getting Pro!

You're all paid up. Here's where your key is and how to switch Pro on.

Thanks! Your Renewal Radar Pro license key is in your email from Polar (check spam). You can also find it anytime in your Polar customer portal. Sign in there with the email you used at checkout.

Unlock Pro in 3 steps

  1. Copy the key from Polar's email or your customer portal. It starts with RADAR-.
  2. Open Renewal Radar from your browser toolbar (if you don't see it, click the puzzle-piece icon and pin it), then go to the Settings tab.
  3. Paste the key into the license box and hit Unlock. You'll see a little Pro badge next to the name.

Didn't get the email?

Give it a few minutes and check your spam or promotions folder for a message from Polar. Still nothing? Open the customer portal, enter the email you paid with, and Polar will send you a sign-in code. Your key is listed under your purchases. If you get stuck, email admin@darklighthousesolutions.com and a real person will sort it out.
